OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Zewer Tools Sales EU OY. By accessing or purchasing through zewer-tools.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and browsers.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the revision date on this page. 1. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

We comply with EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at office@zewer-tools.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason. Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale — unused, clean, and with original packaging wherever possible. You may handle the product to inspect it, as you would in a retail store. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold to EU consumers are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. This guarantee ensures the product conforms to the contract and functions as described.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or consumable depletion due to standard usage. If a product is found to be defective within two years from delivery due to a fault present at the time of purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to the customer.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are shown in EUR and the VAT is calculated at the checkout unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No full credit card details are stored on our servers.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products and services are provided “as is.” This does not limit your statutory rights under EU law, including your right to receive products that conform to the contract. We accept liability for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or personal injury. This includes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer laws. For other cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

4. PRODUCT USAGE

You agree not to misuse our products. You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable and safe for your intended use. Tools must only be used by trained professionals.
