A pressure-sensitive foot pedal that lets you control your corded or cordless drill hands-free, giving you better speed control and stability during drain cleaning or pipe descaling.

Description

The Universal Foot Pedal is designed for use with flexible shaft drain cleaning systems, allowing you to mount either a corded or cordless drill directly onto the unit. The drill handle attaches securely to the pedal, enabling hands-free operation during plumbing and blockage removal tasks.

When the pedal is pressed, the drill trigger is engaged via an aluminum activation pin located at the front of the device. The system is pressure sensitive, allowing you to control drill speed with precision depending on how much force you apply.

A built-in spring-loaded mechanism automatically returns the drill to the off or neutral position when pressure is released, improving safety and control during operation.

The weight of the user helps anchor the pedal and drill securely to the floor. This reduces the risk of the drill spinning uncontrollably if a blockage is suddenly encountered and the drill’s torque limiter does not engage in time, or if it is set too high.

One tip that really helps during operation is to keep the foot pedal stable by maintaining firm stance and consistent pressure control. This improves precision and helps prevent sudden movement when encountering resistance in the pipe.
